As a service provider we are according to § 7 paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) responsible for own contents on these websites under the general laws. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are as a service provider however not obliged to monitor, the transmission or storage of foreign information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
